About WEO meetings: WEO meets 11 times a year (every month except August), usually on the third Wednesday of the month. Some years, our November and/or December meeting is on the second Wednesday so as not to conflict with the holidays. Most of our meetings except our July Summer Social are held at Warehouse 23 in downtown Vancouver on the Columbia River.
All of our meetings consist of a wonderful dinner and networking; most our meetings feature a Keynote Speaker or panel of experts, plus one or two members as Spotlight Speakers, and chances to win gifts donated by members in our Pot O'Gold drawings, or to take home one of the lovely centerpieces supplied by our member Centerpiece Sponsors.
Our annual Holiday Party in December and Summer Social in July combine philanthropy and fun, and are two of the most popular and entertaining meetings of the year.
Pot O'Gold: WEO's fun Pot O'Gold is a raffle drawing that promotes member businesses by donating gift certificates, products or gift items. The money raised by selling raffle tickets funds WEO's quarterly donations to worthy organizations as well as our scholarship program, which is used to help members offset the costs of special training and educational events.

Location: Most of our meetings are held at Warehouse 23 in downtown Vancouver on the Columbia River, except our July Summer Social, which is held at the most fun place we can find.
Registration: Advance registration is required so that we can get an accurate count for catering. All members are encouraged to take advantage of our Standing Reservations option. Members may register online and pay at the door, or at the time of registration. Guests may pay for the meeting when they register. Meeting registration is $44.50 for members on the Standing Reservation list, 49.50 for advance registration, or $54.50 if registering the week before the meeting. The fee for guests is $54.50 advance or $59.50 if registering the week before the meeting, and includes a delicious dinner buffet, dessert, coffee, tea, tax & tip. Please indicate any special meal requirements (such as vegetarian) during registration.
Meeting Agenda: Most of our regular meetings follow this general format, although some meetings (such as our December and July meetings) have slightly different formats.
